Kids are a part of
God's Kingdom too!

We believe that church is a place where everyone gets discipled and has opportunities to encounter God and move in His power—including children! Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven" (Matt. 19:14). At Streams we want to work with parents to help disciple the next generation, preparing them to fulfill the purpose God created them for.
 
During worship, kids stay in service to learn how to worship and realize that they are part of a bigger family. Most Sundays they will be released when worship is over to go to their class where they will learn about God in a fun, age-appropriate way. On the fourth Sunday of the month, 1st through 5th grade stay in service with the rest of the family.
 

Kids Classes

Nursery

 Ages 6 months-2
Our nursery opens at 10:50am each Sunday for those who desire to use it. Our caretakers are trained to care for babies, crawlers, and toddlers with gentleness and love. Parents are able to check their babies into nursery through our system and desired care details, standards, and even allergies; bringing their tag with them at pick up. We are blessed to be able to serve your family with the love of Jesus!

Little Kids

Ages 3-Kindergarten
Every Sunday our little ones can be checked in to their class and cared for by loving volunteers beginning at 10:50am through end of service. Parents keep their security tag for their little ones to pick them up and are able to list desired care details, standards, and even allergies! We desire that these little ones begin to know Jesus and also feel His Presence as they are cared for and played with by our team.  

Big Kids

Grades 1st-5th
Children can hear the Holy Spirit and be used by Him just like the adults! The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month, big kids go to 'Kids Church' after worship where they learn about God and the things of His Spirit, and the Word- actively engaging as disciples of Christ!
The fourth Sunday of the month is Family Service, where families stay together through the entirety of service.

Safe & Secure

All Ages
We place a high value on the safety and security of our children here at Streams! Not only do we employ an officer every Sunday, but we have cameras which record at all times where our children are cared for. All of our volunteers and staff who work with children are background checked and vetted through personal, long-term relationship with our elders and pastors.
